Cookie Policy

Version 1.2 · Effective: 15 October 2026

Training Agents uses the strictly necessary cookies the site needs to work. Google Analytics cookies, and Meta's marketing cookies for ad measurement, are used only if you allow them in the cookie preference.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. They keep you signed in, remember your preferences and help the site run securely.

Similar technologies such as local storage are used for the same purposes; this policy covers them too.

This English text is a courtesy translation. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

2. The cookies we use

Session cookie: to recognise a signed-in user and keep the session going. Without it you cannot sign in.

Security cookies: for form and session security.

Payment page cookies: set by the payment institution for the security of the payment step.

All of these are strictly necessary for the site to work and cannot be turned off.

3. Preferences kept in your browser

Your language and interface preference, and whether you dismissed the cookie notice, are kept in your device's local storage.

Your cookie choice ("Allow all" or "Necessary only") is kept for 6 months in a cookie named ta_consent, and which version of the notice you answered in one named ta_consent_v; our server checks them before sending anything to Meta. When it expires, or the notice text changes, you are asked again.

This never reaches our servers and is not used to identify you; it exists only so the same browser is not asked the same thing repeatedly.

4. Marketing cookies — only if you allow them

If you choose "Allow all" in the cookie preference, we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to measure how our Instagram and Facebook ads perform. If you choose "Necessary only", the pixel is never loaded and you use the site exactly the same way.

_fbp: a random identifier for your browser towards Meta, 90 days. _fbc: if you arrived by clicking a Meta ad, the identifier of that click, 90 days. Cookies Meta keeps on its own domain (e.g. fr) may also be used for measurement; those fall under Meta's cookie policy.

The pixel runs on public pages only (home, pricing, guides and the like): the page you visit, browser and device information and your IP address reach Meta. It never runs on the in-app pages or in the admin and coach panels.

If you allowed it, when you sign up and when you buy we also report that from our server: a one-way hash of your email address and user number, IP address, browser information, the cookie identifiers above and the purchase amount. Your training, profile and health data are never sent to Meta.

Meta processes this data on servers outside Türkiye; details are in the privacy notice (KVKK).

You can withdraw your permission any time with the "Change cookie choice" button at the top of this page. When you do, the Meta cookies are deleted from your browser and nothing more is sent.

5. Analytics cookies — only if you allow them

If you choose "Allow all" in the cookie preference, we use Google Analytics from Google Ireland Limited to see how the site is used — which pages are visited, where visitors come from and with which campaign. If you choose "Necessary only", Google Analytics is never loaded and you use the site exactly the same way.

_ga: a random identifier for your browser towards Google Analytics, up to 2 years. A cookie starting with _ga_: session information, up to 2 years.

Google Analytics runs on public pages only (home, pricing, guides and the like); never on the in-app pages, the payment page or the admin and coach panels. Everything but campaign tags is removed from the page address Google receives. Google signals and ad personalisation are off; your training, profile and health data are never sent to Google.

Google processes this data on servers outside Türkiye; details are in the privacy notice (KVKK).

Separately, we count visits with a tool running on our own server that sets no cookie and stores no IP address; those counts are shared with no one.

The live-traffic screen in the admin panel uses no cookies: your IP is not stored, it is turned into a pseudonym that changes daily and is deleted after 60 minutes.

You can withdraw your permission any time with the "Change cookie choice" button at the top of this page. When you do, the Google Analytics cookies are deleted from your browser and nothing more is sent.

6. Managing cookies

You can delete or block all cookies in your browser settings.

If you block the strictly necessary ones you will not be able to sign in or complete a purchase; they are not advertising, they are the session itself.

7. Mobile apps

Our iOS and Android apps use device storage rather than cookies.

They contain no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. As no payment is taken in the apps, there is no payment SDK either.

The Meta Pixel and ad measurement never run in the apps; the cookie choice is asked on the website only.

Google Analytics never runs in the apps either.

8. Personal data and changes

Detail about personal data processed through cookies is in the privacy notice and the Privacy Policy. Questions: the contact form at trainingagentsapp.com/en/contact

When this policy is updated, the new version is published on this page.
