Terms of Use

By using the trainingagentsapp.com website or the Training Agents iOS / Android apps (together, the "Platform") you accept these Terms of Use, set by SALT KREATİF REKLAM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Çınarlı Mah. 1572 Sok. No:33, 35170 Konak / İzmir, Türkiye; MERSIS 0742095782700001; info@saltajans.com). If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

Account holders are additionally bound by the Service Agreement. Where these texts conflict, the relevant agreement prevails.

This English text is a courtesy translation. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

Training Agents is an Ai-assisted training-programming service.

The Platform does not provide medical services. Programs and content are not medical advice; consult your physician before starting to exercise.

Paid plans are bought on the website only. The mobile apps exist to use a plan you bought; no payment is taken inside the apps.

You must be 18 or over to open an account.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the secrecy of your password. Anything done under your account is treated as yours.

One person opens one account. Duplicate or fake accounts are closed.

You can delete your account at /hesap-silme.

Posting content that is unlawful, immoral or infringes others' rights; insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination.

Declaring a false identity or false professional credentials; opening an account in someone else's name.

Reproducing, selling or republishing Platform content, programs or Ai output commercially.

Interfering with the software, infrastructure or Ai models; reverse engineering; circumventing security measures; scraping data with automated tools.

Using the Platform to promote medical products, drugs, doping or prohibited substances.

Sending advertising, spam or unsolicited commercial messages; collecting or misusing other users' personal data.

Abusing the payment system: fraudulent cards, unjustified chargebacks, duplicate refund claims.

The Platform's software, design, brand, logo, Ai models and Platform-generated content belong to SALT KREATİF REKLAM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. You receive only a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them.

Content you upload (profile details, messages, training records) belongs to you; you grant the Platform a licence to store and process it in order to provide the service. Detail is in the KVKK privacy notice.

If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, write to info@saltajans.com.

Payments are provided by iyzico and app distribution by the Apple App Store and Google Play; those services have their own terms.

Training Agents is not responsible for the content of external links on the Platform.

We may suspend or close your account without prior notice for breach of these Terms or the related agreements, suspicion of unlawful use, or security grounds. The reason is given within a reasonable time.

For accounts with a paid term running, refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy; no refund is made where the closure is your fault.

The Platform is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome (weight loss, performance gains and the like).

For injury or health problems arising from following a program, the Platform's liability is limited to its own fault and to what the law permits.

Consumers' rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 are not limited by this clause.

We may update these Terms. The current version, its number and effective date are published on this page; material changes are announced by email or in-app notice. Continuing to use the Platform afterwards counts as acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes fall to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts; other disputes to the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir. The mandatory provisions of the habitual residence of consumers resident abroad are reserved.
