Deleting Your Account

Deleting your account and your data is entirely up to you. Below is how to do it from inside the app, and exactly what is deleted and what we are legally required to keep.
1. Delete from inside the app
You can delete your Training Agents account yourself at any time:
1. Sign in to the app (or to trainingagentsapp.com).
2. Open the Profile tab from the bottom menu.
3. Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings.
4. Press "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
2. If you cannot sign in
Email info@saltajans.com from the address registered on your account. We complete such requests within 30 days at the latest.
Please write from the same email address as your account so we can verify it is you.
3. What gets deleted
Your account (identity record and sign-in details).
Your training profile: age, gender, experience, goal, weekly availability, discipline levels, injury notes.
Every training plan generated for you.
Your completed sessions, effort scores and notes.
Messages exchanged with your coach or athlete.
Your coach profile, if you registered as a coach.
Your profile photo.
The device records kept for sending you notifications.
4. What is retained, and for how long
Payment and invoice records, and the distance-selling agreements you accepted, are not deleted: we are required to keep them for the retention period set by tax and commercial law.
These records are kept solely for that legal obligation and for possible disputes; they are not used for anything else.
No other data linked to your account is retained.
